Bottle split on the 42nd floor, thanks to Paulo, 10/11/15. Light black topped with a decent tan covering. Nose is dark fruits, vanilla, earthy hop, straw. Taste comprises aniseed, faint chocolate, pine, touch of tropical fruit, fruit jam, floral notes. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with light peppery spice. Ok CDA but a little overly perfumed and doesn’t really deliver on the ABV.

Bottle big thank to Dave! It pours hazy pale gold with a quickly dissipating thick fizzy white head. The nose is fresh, tart, sour lime, white wine vinegar, gooseberry, lactic acid and some funky barnyard. The taste is crisp, tart, salted preserved lime, minerals, light lactic acidity, biscuit and zesty lemon with a refreshingly dry finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Refreshing and very drinkable stuff. Good work.

Bottle shared in London on the 42nd floor - many thanks to Paul. Pours black-brown with a frothy mocha head. The nose holds dark malts, rich fruits, iodine. Medium sweet flavor with oily pine, baking cocoa, raisins, berries. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation and oily texture. Lightly warming on the finish, more oily pine, earth, cocoa, pine. Sits pretty heavy on the palate. So so.
