750mL bottle at the International Geuze & Kriek festival. Pours murky blonde with a white head. Musty upholstery and some citric peels on the nose. Flavour has old furniture, musty upholstery, moldy fruit. Not bad.

750mL bottle at International Geuze & Kriek Festival 2025, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma has light phenolic notes, with light leather, a touch of funk, and earthiness. Flavour has phenolic notes, gentle funk, and light leather. Too much phenolic character, but some nice funk. It’s alright.

1/V/25 - 33cl bottle from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Klaas’ BBQ with Ama & Charlotte, BB: IX/2025, lot: 2023/0147 (2025-416)
Little cloudy orange beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, somewhat adhesive. Aroma: very floral, rosemary indeed, sweet impression, oranges, a bit oxidized, a little malty, herbal. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, very herbal, lots of rosemary, a bit oxidized, orange peel, fruity touch. Aftertaste: nice herbal touch, a little bitter, floral notes, slightly soapy, quite some rosemary in the finish.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of Belgian yeast, floral hops, and a touch of pine. Flavour is dry and bitter, with some spiciness from the Belgian yeast, floral hops, and bready malt. Maltier for a Belgian IPA, but it’s a spicy, floral finish. Very good.

On tap at Billie's. Pours black with a beige head. Some chocolate and roasted malts on the nose. Flavour has a rich roasted malt, burnt dark chocolate character, and excess sugars. Nice mouthfeel. Could be less sweet.

Bottle from Nettorama. Color: Hazy orange amber, white head. Aroma: Malty, grainy, some citrus fruit and grape. Taste: Starting malty, grainy, floral and some citrus hop backbone coming more forward towards the finish. Fruity and sweetish Moscatel notes. Oak wood. Nice dry-ish and bittery hopforward finish. Interesting. I was a little disappointed at the first sip, but it turns out that this Lentebock also has the surprising complexity that is standard for most DvdK beers. Likeable.
