Bottle, huge thanks Sandi for sharing it with us! Very dark brown body, traces of a greyish head. Raspberry aroma, bit fakeish, completely dominates with low coconut and not much else. The coconut notes dominate the sweet taste - sweet (rasp)berries, do show up, though overall things remain slightly less sweet than expected even. So much treatment and then the aromas (!) overwhelm everything... Sorry but... nah, not my cup of tea.

Bottle, huge thanks Sandi for sharing it with us! Black body, traces of a pale greyish head. Sweetish aroma, vanilla, cocoa, chocolate and an odd dried dog food malty touch in the background, still, nothing too bad. Smooth taste, vanilla, milk caramel and raisins, medium body, quite a bit warming. Nice, but a bit tired of all these big vanilla beers. Still, this is a well made one!

Bottle, huge thanks Sandi for sharing it with us! Pitch black with traces of a greyish head. Strooong woody barrel notes, light old barrel touch at first, dusty, oaky, brown sugar, salmiakki, alcohol, raisins... whoo weee! Smooth, sweet taste, raisins, caramel, chocolate, salmiakki, maple, sugary notes - but not excessively so, quite warming... The body-alcohol flavor balance is excellent really, full yet the warmth is well integrated. Delicious by all means.

Thx Sandi for sharing this with us! Black body, no head. Sweet aroma, chocolate, carob, vanilla, bit dusty. Smooth, sweet taste, carob, chocolate, vanilla, dusty, woody, nicely warming. The body is well made, covering the elevated alcohol well. Another excellent Rackhouse beer!

Luke 20/25, en 0,33 boks fra nissens fjernlager i Verksgata: uklar gyldengul med fint skum som varer lenge. Supersaftig og sterkt vanedannende anslag med søte clementiner og aprikoser, gule druer, mango og pasjonsfrukt. Fin furunåls/granskuddbitterhet. Hvetemalten bidrar til den silkemyke maltkroppen. Nissene danser fornøyd, og jeg er ekstra fornøyd med at The Supreme Commander var opptatt med å sende julekort.

Min høyst private del av luke 19/25: brunsvart med ok skum. Forførende inntrykk av feite appelsinchokolader med kokos og lynghonning, toner av madeira og tørkede frukter. Et fristed for den sunde, formålsløse glede.
