Bottle at home, named now just ''big hops''. light hazy golden beer, medium head. Aroma is citrus, hops, malt, sweet, light bitter. Taste is the same, bitter, citrus, malt, light resinous piny aftertaste. good.

Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is citrus, roast, malt, some coffee and chocolate. Taste is the same, bitter, sweet, malt, roasted, citrus, bitter dry aftertaste, nice one.

330ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, Nov 23. Pours like engine oil out the bottle. Definite whisky air, deep malt, mid-roast, some sweet liquorice moments, but expected a thicker body given the strength and blackness of the beer pouring out, decent overall.

Monday 27th November 2023, Monthly gathering in Chez Sophie. 33cl bottle and another new brewery for me, love these monthly meet up's. Black body, beige wisp on top. Malty front with a liquorice flavours and whisky following. There are also some chocolate and coffee leanings within the flavour, nice!

Gedronken tijdens het Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival in den Bosch. Bleekgeel bier met stevig schuim. Aroma van hop. De smaak is zoet en vol van fruit . Nasmaak is zoet en bitter.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with small, frothy, fading, white head. Sweet-ish, minimally biscuity, pale and minimally wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of apricot, mirabelle, floral overtones, a touch of elderflower. Taste is minimally grainy, pale and wheaty malty, slightly spicy and minimally yeasty fruity, a touch of bitter orange and elderflower, subtle sweetness, subtle tartness. Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, soft carbonation. Nice variation of a Wit; lacks some body - OK.
