On tap at the brewery pours a clear, darker orange with some creamy, white head. Nose has malt, orange, yeast, light pine. Quite weak. Flavor is a bit better, orange, soap, malt, caramel, but weak. Watery finish.

On tap at the brewhouse, pours a clear gold with a little white head. Nose has perfume, soap, some citrus. Flavor is flabby, honey, lemon, soap, herbs. Finishes watery. Not great.

Cask at the source. An opaque black dark brown coloured pour with a loose light tan head. Aroma is woody SWeet roast coconut , dried fruits, woodland fruit.. Flavour is composed of soft toast, burnt toast, milky coconut, chocolate, lactose mello woody bounty bar, lactose. Palate is semi sweet, lactose, lowish cask condition,. Some funky fruit.

Cask at BH&K Islington, 26/04/17. Black with a decent tan cap. Nose is roast malts, cocoa powder, toffee, light spice. Taste comprises milk chocolate, faint orange whisper, toffee, dark malts, light roast, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Decent enough cask stout.

Cask at the source. A dark mahogany brown coloured pour with a lasting light tan head. Aroma is nice earthy coffee, dried fruits, woody coffee. Flavour is composed of woody coffee, nutty malts little chocolate.. Palate is oily, lowish carbonation,. Decent earthy coffee character.

Cask at the source. It pours jet black with no head whatsoever. The aroma is earthy, charred, bittery-sweet, cheap plain chocolate, fudge and roast. The taste is earthy, leather, sticky, sweet, chewy, chocolate, burnt tires, waxy and earthy plastic with a dry, waxy plastic finish. Medium body and low carbonation. Flat and a bit plasticy. Very so - so.
