Now described as an Indian Pale Ale on the bottle. Large tight white head left a rocky top on an unclear pale dull golden coloured body. Wet cardboard, malt & grainy aroma. Medium bodied, soft with a lively back. Pine, grapefruit, resin, malt & biscuit tastes with a bitter finish. Boring.

Bottle from Taste@Rheged, Cumbria. Golden with a very small head. Golden ale with a hoppiness, and surprisingly for its strength plenty of depth making it feel and taste stronger than it is.

Bottle from Tebay Services. Lightly hazed gold with a white head and a light fizz. Lovely smooth mouthfeel. Mild, sweetish lemon flavour with just a hint of fresh-cut grass. Simple, but very enjoyable; it washed down a curry a treat. Better than I expected from a beer with a silly name.
