Really good beer. Aroma is mainly yeast malt and bread dough. Flavor is similar to nose, with Demerara sugar and a good balance between Bitter, Sweet, and Carbonic tang. Excellent body very good drinking for its strength and likewise superb finish.

Draught at Eataly, 2/2/17.
Lightly to moderately hazy, though not soupy/cloudy. Deep, beeswax yellow body is topped by a large, white head showing strong retention.
Heavily juicy in the nose showing a wonderful rendition of NE style hop notes. Mango, pineapple and ripe nectarine with very little citrus and no pine. Malts are soft and add rich honey in the background. No alcohol or flaw.
Juicy again in the mouth with plentiful malt for texture and balance, though it doesn’t take much because this thing is almost 100% resin free. Perfectly balanced with light, floral, peppery and citrusy bitterness notes but mainly a ton of mango and pineapple. Dries out on the finish as some more biscuity/crackery malts show up. Lime and nectarine linger wonderfully on the finish.
