Bottle 750ml. corked. [ As Mystic Scatteree ].Unclear - hazy medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate yeasty, herbs, fruity - berries, juniper, tart apple, light coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a long duration, salty - sea water, juniper, dry, tart, fruity - berry. Initial tart and finish is super dry. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, fruity, mint. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit - berry - cranberry - raspberry, saison yeast - dough, mint. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Taster at the source dark brown black with a mocha head. Aromas of roasted malt chocolate dark fruit and tobacco. Taste is smooth mild ash fig chocolate vanilla cocoa. Nice.
