Description
We are a working farm that has been farmed by three generations of the Watkins family. The cider is produced from apples grown in our old fashioned trditional grazed orchards.

Our cider is made from a blend of varieties, some old like Tom Putt and some more modern varieties like Dabinett. All of our cider is pressed on our working farm where it is left to mature in traditional oak barrels, and stored in a stone cellar which was built in the 1700's for storing cider.

Bottled bright from bag in the box at Planet Thanet BF 2007. Hazy silver gold colour. Slightly farty aroma. Some pear juice and some rubber in the mouth. Incredibly dry on the finish. Very acidic. Not very subtle and not enough fruit.
