Description
We are a working farm that has been farmed by three generations of the Watkins family. The cider is produced from apples grown in our old fashioned trditional grazed orchards.
Our cider is made from a blend of varieties, some old like Tom Putt and some more modern varieties like Dabinett. All of our cider is pressed on our working farm where it is left to mature in traditional oak barrels, and stored in a stone cellar which was built in the 1700's for storing cider.

From a polypin at the London Drinker festival 11/03/10. Hazy gold with slight carbonation. Tart pear juice aroma with some yeastiness. Flavour was similar with some juice up front and a lingering dry finish. Good, but lacking in complexity.

Bottled from bag in a box at Rare Breeds BF 08. The one I had said 7% but seems to be about the same. Islay cask style aroma. Peaty. Not my favourite as anyone on this site will know. I mean the base cider is fine, but I just don’t like Islay whisky. Nothing wrong with it, but for me, a drain pour.
