Description
We are a working farm that has been farmed by three generations of the Watkins family. The cider is produced from apples grown in our old fashioned trditional grazed orchards.
Our cider is made from a blend of varieties, some old like Tom Putt and some more modern varieties like Dabinett. All of our cider is pressed on our working farm where it is left to mature in traditional oak barrels, and stored in a stone cellar which was built in the 1700's for storing cider.

Bag in a box at The Berry Walmer. Hazy pale green gold colour. Some sharp perry pear aroma. Sweeter in mouth but still dry in the mouth. Lovely proper perry pear flavour. Some sourness on the aroma. It is like drinking unblended lambic but easy drinking. re rate GBBF 2022 3.7

Cask. Listed as 7.2% ABV. Pours a cloudy opaque yellow with a tiny white head. Tart apple and distinct whisky and wood in the nose. Medium body, extremely astringent apple accents - loads of tannins here. Extremely dry with some alcohol in the finish. The aroma is clearly the best feature about this cider. 220110
