341 ml bottle.(5% ABV) Pours a clear golden yellow with a thin, short lived white head. Sweet fruity aroma with malt, corn and a hint of grassy hops. Sweet, malty flavour with corn and a mildly dry, bitter, grassy finish. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. I’m not a fan of lagers, but this was not bad. Beats any macro brew hands down.

Bottle: Poured a dark copper color ale with a large off-white foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma of caramelized malt with dry grainy whiskey notes is pretty interesting. Taste is also dominated by caramelized notes with light toffee notes discernable with some dry grainy whiskey notes. Body is about average with good carbonation and light warming alcohol notes. Well brewed thought barrel-aging takes a sizeable amount of the flavour profile with this one.

Bottle: Poured a hazy deep brown color ale with a medium size foamy head with OK retention and some light lacing. Aroma of caramelized candi sugar and dry raisins notes is pleasant. Taste is also dominated by caramelized candi sugar with some light toffee notes with some dry fruits notes also perceptible. Body is a bit light for style with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Though style to brew with so many staples but still an enjoyable version.
