We are a Derby micro-brewery selling our beers throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We have a stable of six regular brews and each month we brew specials that change in style and strength.
The Falstaff pub is a traditional real ale house. We have up to 6 hand-pulls serving real ale, generally our own brews with the occasional guest ale. We serve draught lagers, ciders and Guinness with a selection of spirits, wines and soft drinks available.

Cask at NWAF, Derby, Thursday, 18th February 2016 Good bitterness and a pleasantly fruity beer, quite a malty number, a touch of biscuit and bread. This drinks a lot easier than the abv might suggest. I didn?t mind this at all. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Cask handpump at The Imperial Tavern, Worcester Saturday 5th December 2015. Pours gold with a white head, it looks really good. Fruity, a little zappy, with a slight furry bitterness. Dry finish, not particularly complex but it’s actually quite good. A6 A4 T7 P3 Ov13 3.3

Bottle, purchased at brewery, consumed at home.17/5/15 Pours very flat, with virtually no head, and vaguely cloudy, and a small amount of sediment left. Not much aroma to speak of either. Cloying like you would expect a 15% beer to be. Initial flavour of blackberries & schnapps, with a honeyish aftertaste.

Haft pint, cask at Babington Arms (JDW). Nitro white head. Crocheted lacing down the glass. Golden body colour, clear. Lemony hops on the nose. Tropical fruity flavours added by mild malty sweetness. Soft on the swallow. Refreshing (Derby 21.02.2015).

Bottle from Falstaff brewery consumed at home, Sunday 22nd February 2015 Hazy golden, flattish appearance, with just a tiny white rim. Hugely sweet beer, lots of honey a tiny little bit of vinegar on nose. Tastes like homebrew, pretty rough homebrew, banana, honey and dab of vinegar, far too sweet. Not great. A5 A3 T4 P2 Ov9 2.3
