We are a Derby micro-brewery selling our beers throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Staffordshire and the West Midlands. We have a stable of six regular brews and each month we brew specials that change in style and strength.
The Falstaff pub is a traditional real ale house. We have up to 6 hand-pulls serving real ale, generally our own brews with the occasional guest ale. We serve draught lagers, ciders and Guinness with a selection of spirits, wines and soft drinks available.

On gravity at 2016 Rail Ale Festival, Barrow Hill, Chesterfield - Brown body, white head. Chewy caramel taste, fruity undertones. Fun stuff.

Handpull cask at the Babington Arms (JDW), Derby. Dark brown with a slight reddish hue. Massive foamy cream-coloured head. Vague scent of Ovaltine but there’s not a lot there really. Some vegetal notes as well. Sweet and pleasant but unengaging taste. Watery palate. A fairly half-arsed attempt at a mild from a brewery that can do better.

Handpull cask at the Falstaff, Derby. Mid gold with no obvious carbonation and a smidgen of a ring of white head. Mild aroma of grain and orange peel. Sweet, full and surprisingly boozy taste, with some hoppy bitterness in the taste. A very basic beer but still enjoyable.

Handpull cask at the Bell & Castle, Derby. Copper and clear as a bell with very little head. Stone fruit, and sweet biscuit in the aroma. Taste is bittersweet with a more pronounced hoppy bitter finish. Fuller body than expected. Decent.
