Description
As San Diego's first and only Brewery/Winery/Restaurant, we pride ourselves on putting everything we have into the things we do and push the boundaries of creative products to share with our guests. Our beers are focused on drinkability, merging inspirational flavors from our restaurant and winery to create one of a kind products. Our tasting room is attached to our restaurant, The Cork and Craft. We're open every day except for Monday, including lunch during the work week, and brunch on Sundays. We not only offer our own beers on tap, but many other guest beers from around the world that we share our 40 taps with. We feature flights of our own beers which can be enjoyed in the bar, restaurant or on our heated outdoor patio. Come in for the beer, stay for the food, and discover your Abnormal side.

Can from Craft City. Pours orange tinge gold with a large foamy white head. Aroma is a mix of resin and tropicals - thinking some passion fruit and green melon. Maybe citrus. Med body or so. Flavor seems green melon, passionfruit and citrus with pale malt support. Dry. Hoppy. Moderately bitter. Nice.

375ml bottle pours out black topped with a small tan head. Nose is great big chocolate coconut vanilla coffee bourbon barrel notes. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate coconut bourbon barrel vanilla notes and a nice acidic coffee on the end.

On tap at Wakefest. Pours black with medium tan head that lasts. The aroma is strong maple syrup, coconut, vanilla, caramel, roast. Slick, oily, boozy, maple, vanilla, cloying sweetness, enjoyed this.

16 oz. Aroma has notes of candy cane, dark bread, coffee, licorice, dark chocolate, molasses. Pours inky black with a one finger tan head with great retention. Taste is moderately sweet with a lightly bitter edge. Nice candy cane and chocolate flavors. Velvety mouthfeel. I love mint flavored stuff and I love beer, so this is a great, yummy concoction to me.

Not a bad milk stout, a gentle mix of milk chocolate, dark fruit, coffee cherry, vanilla, and roast. Grows too sweet as it warms—as most modern milk stouts do—but retains a nice coffee through-line and the malts are nice and toasty. Would love to try a version without the milk sugar.
