Cask at Ebenezers, Nantwich. Pours a pale straw with a medium sized foamy almost white head and good lacing. The aroma has malts, stone fruits and caramel. In the mouth it is slightly bitter but with a little underlying sweetness too. Flavour of continental hops, honey and a trace of ginger with hints of cactus and berry fruits coming through later. Finish is quite dry. This is reasonable.
