Description
We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Keg at Beer Hawk, Southwark, London. A black coloured pour with a medium beige head on top. Roasty, malty, coffee, aroma. Tastes roasty, malty, chocolate, coffee, some vanilla. Nice breakfast stout.

Cask gravity Firkin Alehouse Folkestone. Hazy very hazy gold orange colour lasting white head. Some light orange squash. Very good condition. Light bitterness on finish. Good tangerine satsuma orange flavour. Good condition.

Can at home. Clear yellow color, full sized rough white head. Aroma is straightforward: malts, hops. Taste lightly malts, very nicely hoppy, citrussy fruity, pleasantly hoppy bitter, grapefruit. Suitable decent to medium body and carbonation. Lovely.

330ml can. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, couverture, cautious hints of blueberry and black cherry. Taste is roasty dark malty, notes of dark chocolate and coconut, a tart-ish, fruity touch with cautious hints of blueberry and black cherry, sweet-ish, chocolately undertones; bitter, roasty and minimally alcoholic finish. Minimally sticky palate.

BB 03-19, but still tons of flavour. Big hoppy smell, fruity, resiny. Classic westcoast DIPA: thick, hoppy, bitter and resin, but also quite sweet. Lots of pine, plenty of citrus and a hint of tropical fruit / pineapple.

Can shared by Dutchdrebus. Dark brown to black color, average sized bege head. Smell and taste malts, earthy, some roast. Taste malts, roasty a bit, lightly earthy, decently bitter. Decent body and carbonation. 7-4-7-3-15.

Cask at the merchant Canary wharf. A hazed dirty gold coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is damp hay, grassy hop, stewed hop, pear. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rustic dirty grains, hay, light tang, lemon rind, some yeast. Palate is semi sweet, rounded grains, tang, decent cask condition.
