We use the finest floor malted grains, fresh hops and multiple strains of fresh brewers yeast and microbes. Ingredients are chosen simply for their contribution to the product rather than the effect on bottom line.

Our beer is then handled as carefully as possible with the minimum of processing to create the best beer possible. We constantly strive to improve. Looking to modern peers, ancestors and our own experimentation. Beers that evolve and change over time. Embracing new ingredients, technology and innovation.

Cask, gravity at Merton Beer Festival, Oxon, Saturday 25th February 2017 Much like the Odyssey Revenant which it sits next to, this pours a silvery, gold in colour with a slim white head,. Fruity with a tropical slant, juicy and really pleasant. This is a really nice beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5

Bottle from Drunk Dry, Kidlington, Oxon, consumed at home Tuesday 14th February 2017 (a departure from the norm’, sees us drinking on a Tuesday night, oops) Mid gold in colour with a white head and busy carbonation. Loz getting an eggy (Burton Snatch aroma), I know what she means though for me it’s not quite so pronounced as it was for Loz. A really lovely Helles Lager, nicely fruity, a gentle buzz from the hops, nice background flinty martinis, refreshing and jolly decent beer. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5

Keg at Craft Beer Co, Islington, London. A hazy golden/amber coloured pour with a decent white head on top. Hoppy, fruity, spice aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, fruity, spice. A bit more complexity and this would have been really good, still a decent IPA though.
