Draft @ Duke of Wellington, Spitalfields/London. Slightly cloudy yellow with an ok white head. Aroma of tangerines and lemons. Taste of lemons, tangerines, grains and zest. Low to medium bitterness. Strong carbonation. Very watery. Well, this is kind of ok but also boring as can be.

Can at home picked up from Waitrose Gloucester road. A clear golden coloured pour with a decent frothy white head. Aroma is nutty, waxy grains, grass, stewed hop, green cereal grains. Flavour is composed of thin earthy cereal grains, grass, stewed hops, numbing hop, firm dirty hop bitterness. Palate is little thin, moderate fine carbonation. Not bad.

(Can) Cloudy pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity nose with citrus peela, dried pineapple, mango, grapefruit, honey, white bread and a touch of rosemary. Fruity, slightly sweetish, taste with notes of citrus peel, dried pineapple, white bread, rosemary, honey, mango, grapefruit and a generous citric/resiny bitterness in the finish. More than medium body, quite sweet. On the sweet and boozy side, but with loads of hops. Hardly balanced, but quite tasty. Very nice.

Cask at Victoria, Derby. Pours a hazy “bitter brown” with minimal off-white head. There’s malts and stonefruits in the aroma. In the mouth it is quite sweet but with s little underlying bitterness and a slightly watery texture. Flavour has malts, mixed hops and autumn fruits with traces of tangerine and honey later leading to a slightly fruity finish. This is reasonable though not particularly exciting.
