Can from Beers of Europe. Pours a light hazy amber with moderate sized white top. Citric and stewed stone fruit aroma with a touch of resin. Taste of sweet malts, light tangy stewed fruits, hint of marmalade, grains, long bitterness with some grassiness. Medium bodied, light chewiness. Not as complex in flavour as they make out but its balanced and tasty.

50cl Fles van Eden Project. Heb het woord lactose niet op het etiket zien staan, dit is volgens mij gewoon een Dry Stout. Hoe dan ook, bijna zwarte kleur, beige kraag. Chocolade, koffie, gebrande mout, romig, droog, bitter. Lichte body. Prima spul.

50cl Fles van Eden Project. Helder Amber kleur, romige vuilwitte kraag. Geconfijte vruchten, caramel, toffee, fruitig, ruik ik daar een spoortje Lagavulin-turf? Jawel, komt heerlijk subtiel terug in de smaak, verder volzoet maar ook goed van body en bitter, licht grassig. Medium body. Erg lekker, mooie mix tussen een Salvator en goeie ESB, leuke verrassing.

Smooth mild beginning. Malty caramel, fruit, hazelnuts. Roast, malt, soft and creamy. Fantastic long fruity malty caramel finish. Great aftertaste, caramel, soft hazelnuts and smooth back. 11/3/2023. Cask at the 2023 Coventry Beer Festival. Pours clear dark amber with a small bubbly off-white head. Aroma of malt, toffee, fruits, flowers, spicy edge. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness and body. Soft carbonation. Good looking beer, lacked a bit of body.
