Owned and ran by father and son, Chris and Marc Lilley. Our Cidery is based in the heart of Somerset, England. Since starting the business in 2007, Chris and Marc Lilley still have a very active role within the business where they share their cider knowledge with the team and head all current development of new and old ciders alike. They are passionate about creating modern English cider pushing beyond traditional styles by incorporating only the most delicious fruit and ingredients to make delightful, memorable cider.

On tap/cask. Pours amber with moderate foamy head. Aromas of dried apples and mangoes. Flavors follow same with mangoes sweet and creamy.

500ml bottle from Gulating ร˜lutsalg in Tromsdalen. Shared with Snorre and Kjell. Dissipating white head, poor lacing, clear pale golden body with a reddish shade. Modest smell of berry and apple skins. Moments of berry-apples to taste buds. Ends semi-sweet. Rather thin on the swallow. Drinkable. (Tromsรธ, 06.07.2023).

30/6/2023. From BIAB at the Abbey Arms, Colchester. Pours clear pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet syrupy passion fruit, tropical fruits. Quite heavy sweetness. Moderate body, low carbonation. Not bad.

30/6/2023. From BIAB at the Abbey Arms, Colchester. Pours clear very pale gold with minimal head. Aroma is sweet syrupy tropical fruits, pineapple, mango and peach. Quite heavy sweetness dominates. Okay.

500ml bottle from Beer Shop HQ online. Bright golden colour, some short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruits, apple. Taste is sweet, fruity, apple, hint of apricots, along with light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Quite OK

Keg at PoW, Farnborough. Aroma is ver6 sweet, honey almost, with a slightly peel edge. Clear light gold. Decent foamy white head. Extremely sweet. Syrupy. Hints of peripheral bitterness. Light. Thin. Sticky. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Way too sweet. A half is nearly too much.

Keg @ Mr Moody's, Hull. Amber-orange in colour with a gentle sweet apple taste, slightly more apple sweetness in aroma, and crisp enough tasting too.

Draught at Ye Old Elm Tree, Durham. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, with some light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite OK

Bottle from Morrisons Supermarket, Blackburn. Brown and looks like cola, as well as tasting like an alcoholic version of it, with a sweet carbonated feel to further compliment the imitation styling.
