Description
Owned and ran by father and son, Chris and Marc Lilley. Our Cidery is based in the heart of Somerset, England. Since starting the business in 2007, Chris and Marc Lilley still have a very active role within the business where they share their cider knowledge with the team and head all current development of new and old ciders alike. They are passionate about creating modern English cider pushing beyond traditional styles by incorporating only the most delicious fruit and ingredients to make delightful, memorable cider.

Box @ Artillery Arms, Ramsgate. Hazy light golden. Has a very stated pina colada aroma and taste, as such it's sweet, but its strength is about right so it has a good mouthfeel too.

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the New Bell Inn, Harwich. Pours clear pale pinky peach with a small rim of white bubbles. Aroma is sweet and fruity, light mango, apple, hint of strawberry. Medium plus sweetness, slight touch of tart. Moderate body, sticky, soft carbonation. Sweet clammy finish. Actually not too bad.

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the Globe, Harwich. Pours clear very pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is sweet apple, pear, candy, light funky edge. Heavy sweetness, touch tart. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Sugary sweet finish but okay.

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the Globe, Harwich. Pours clear dark gold with minimal head. Aroma of sweet apple, stewed fruits, sugary baked apple. Quite heavy sweetness, touch tart. Medium body, oily sticky mouthfeel, low carbonation. Sweet tangy finish. Quite liked it.

29/4/2022. On the Harwich Ale Trail. From BIAB at the Globe, Harwich. Somerset rating #250. Pours slightly hazy pale golden orange with minimal head. Aroma is sweet, apple, touch tropical, vanilla, biscuit, caramel. Medium sweetness, touch tart. Moderate body, slightly creamy, soft to flat carbonation.

500ml bottle bought at Gulating Ølutslag in Tromsdalen. Shared with Finn. Fast declining pinkish head, clear reddish body, poor lacing. Whiff of apple and berry skins on the nose. Sweet juicy like taste of berries an apples. Sweet berry-fruity end, short-lived. Drinkable. (Tromsø 06.06.2022).

Spandert av Rune. Delt med ham i WCveien. Mørk rosenrød. Bobleskum som forsvinner raskt. Lett eplearoma. Smaken søte epler. Ble for søt.

Cask @ Flying Horse Hotel, Rochdale. Amber-orange and mildly hazy. Healthy Apple flavour, decent aroma too, gets quite bittered in its finish.

Keg @ Bombay Brew, Rochdale. Very pale gold and very sweet, although not overly stated. Has some fizz and a decent aroma of the fruit.
