Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#62. First tried at the now closed Beer Shack, Burnley. Cloudy peach coloured first time, clear darker version this time. Easy strength and texture with rum dominant in aroma, taste, and aftertaste. Nice, but perhaps not too much in one go.

Isle Of Wight Holiday Beer#1. Neither a beer, nor on the Isle of Wight - transiting through London and cider boxes are sadly the best options in the excitedly named Victoria Taps, with a thoroughly disappointing draft selection. This orange-gold cider is not too bad with plenty of sweetish apple nose, but the opposite in taste with quite a bittered taste of the fruit.

Festival pint at Hole In The Wall pub, in London, England. Raspberry aroma. Super sweet raspberry flavor. I don't know about the Mojito part, but this is sugar juice. Light body. Virtually no carbonation and definitely no bitterness. It's sweet but too sweet.

Cask at Tapps Rhos. Slightly cloudy amber. Thin band of translucent bubbles for a head. Aroma is quite big - sweet apple with a sour edge. The flavour is similar. It combines almost syrupy apple juice with a sour acidic streak. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Enjoyable.

Cask at the Vine, Kinver. Pours hazy light gold with low carbonation. Aroma is sweet apple juice and pineapple. Taste is sweet apple and tinned pineapple. Hits the nail when it's 30 degrees out.
