Hand-pulled half-pint, didn't see the box size, 11th January 2024 in the Railway Tavern, Newport Shropshire. Clean and bright golden body, no head, nice blend of apples and pears.

On tap (gravity) at Ebenezers, Crewe. Pours a slightly hazy brownish gold with virtually no head. Not much of an aroma either just some vague hints of apple and alcohol. In the mouth it is pretty tasteless too – there is a lrge amount of wetness, some traces of rum and apples and not much else. Very disappointing.

Draft @ Cromwell's Tap House. Pours a deep purple, clear. Vibrant aroma of myriad hedgerow berries, dark fruit. Taste follows suit. Syrupy, doesn't necessarily taste weak, very fruity in an artificial way. Fine.

500ml bottle from Sandy Balls Holiday Village farm shop. Drunk on Christmas week. Pours a clear deep caramel. Aroma of caramelised fruit. Expected things to take a cinnamon / gingerbread direction but seems to remain within a caramelised toffee mould. Artificial sweetness, aged notes. Not great.

Bladder bag at the George, Sutton Courtenay Oxon, 01/10/23. Pale almost translucent yellow with no head. Nose is sweet apple, sugars, hint of pear. Taste comprises sweet pear, apple pie filling, tannins, sugars. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close. Sweet and sugary but better than the usual Lilleys nonsense as not going too off piste from traditional flavours.
