Cask at the Hare and Billet, Blackheath. Poured a deep orange lucozade colour with little life. The aroma is big mango. The flavour is over moderate sweet, with a smooth, sugary juicy mango palate. Is this even a cider? More like alcoholic mango juice.

Found at the clifftop Red Lion overlooking the north Norfolk coast in Cromer. Sweet but not particularly stated in its fruit, and verging on medicinal flavour. Reddish-amber, it does have a nice smooth texture.

From cask at Hole in the Wall, Waterloo, 13.04.25. Clear ruby. Aroma and taste of sweet cherries, cheery jam and almonds. Good drinkability and definitely suitable for my sweet tooth.

Bag-in-a-box at the Gloucester, Farnborough. Clwar light amber. No head. Aroma is sour. Predominately citrusy. Light-medium spur..citrusy. Some sugary sweetness. Light raspberry hints. Light-medium bodied..Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Refreshing alco-pop of a cider.

The town of Elland isn't on a direct road from Leeds, so why that road got named so in the city can only be conjecture for the moment. Scrumpy is so named because it's a type of apple, and this cider is named with no conjecture needed. Bitter and sweet in taste, there's more sweetness in its aftertaste and it's very stated here. Aroma is average.

I've yet to try a persimmon in life. Cherries and berries I've had plenty of, this is cherry heavy of the two in its name. Aroma too.

The first ever Mojito I had WAS in Cuba. The raspberry in this one usurps the mojito flavours, although they can be found. As such it's a sweet cider which agreed with me at least.

We're taught a base 10 system of numbering, computers use base 2. The base of this cider is the martini part, the passion fruit part is secondary. Not overly appealing but good texture and drinkable.

A schoolmate of mine once won an arts competition live on-air on the ITV Saturday morning show Motormouth. This cider won't win awards, it's innovation over quality.
