Bottle courtesy of growler. Pours brownish with off white head. Strong raspberry aroma. Flavor is sweet chocolate and caramel with big raspberry tartness. Very different, but good. Medium body with average carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel.

12oz bottle. It’s nice to see someone make a real full bodied and hoppy beer for a Summer Ale. Rich brown orange color. Mild, subdued aroma. Crisp hoppy mouthfeel. Great malt character, very thick thick and hoppy mouthfeel. A pleasant surprise indeed, this is a really nice IPA.

12 oz bottle from alldaydrinker; nose of pumpkin, cinnamon, and nutmeg; lightly hazy orange with a small, yellow-tinged head; flavor is very spicy pumpkin, with the nutmeg, then cinnamon showing up, not too sweet, with a slightly bitter finish. Pretty good pumpkin ale!

12oz bottle. Medium light amber colored beer. Off burnt butterscotch flavors. Hoppy crispness saves it from amber malt hell. Not really a good beer, but preferable to macro-swill I suppose. Certainly not recommendable.

Cobalt blue bomber from aladydrinker! Nose is like a very sweet barleywine; molassey boysenberries, prunes, and chocolate; clear red-brown with a small beige head; flavor has raisins, medium sweetness, this reminds me of the SA Triple Bocks I have had that don’t have the soy notes only weaker and tamed down. Decent ASA or barleywine!

bottle from cmr1517 at the Fort Wayne tasting - Pours black with a thin tan head. Like the beer we had before it (Southern Tier Choklat), it’s a chocolate imbued imperial stout. It has plenty of roast malt and chocolate in the aroma. The flavor is also very chocolate rich. The body is kind of light for the style. Alcohol and some mild hops dryness comprise the finish. It’s quite good though not as the good as the superb beer we had before it.

bottle at Fort Wayne tasting - Pours murky orange with no head. It smells of oak, bourbon, and some alcohol. The flavor has oaked bourbon, caramel malt, and some light spice. It’s full bodied and the bourbon carries through to the finish. I’m going to have to disagree with some raters at our tasting. I thought it was very good.
