Can. Just a light haze on this gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Light palate, smooth to start but, a good fine minerally crisp snap on the back end. Light smooth pale malts, a nice light creamy sweetness. Hops bring crisp pine into a wonderful smorgasbord of crisp stone fruits and tropical fruits with a light citric undertone. Modest modern Mosaic candy fruits on the back end along with a crisp and slightly hop spicy finish. Cracking bright and drinkable dipa from the singed millers.

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, guava, papaya, background citrus and white wine. Taste is the same, sweet tropical guava and papaya, orange and grapefruit, some dank fumes, mild white wine flavour. Medium bodied. Enjoyed this but tasted quite different from the Nelson hops I'm used to.

Can on 7th February 2025 from Morrison’s in Holloway. Pours bright orange amber with decaying white foam and initial lacing. Sophisticated aroma of citrus peel. A rich blend of grapefruit juice, peels and grasses in-mouth, and a rounded citrus finish. A smooth yet engaging texture and a full body. Exquisite.

Can. An opaque dark brown beer with a good size and persistent tan head. Smooth airy palate, good fine minerally carbonation emerges late on. Fluffy soft dark malts, airy dark malts cream and the judiciously light vanilla makes the espresso coffee vibe into a kind of melted adult ice cream. Soft airy finish. Elegant and quaffable.
