Brewery draught, 8/16/24. Clear, bright golden-brass-blonde. Small, white head. Rich malts and crisp, mineral-forward hops. Leafy, peppery, herbaceous hops add additional balance. Soft, malty, rich with some biscuit and rustic grain adding to the hoppy, dry, lightly bitter finish. Clean, with excellent lager yeast character and a crisp, balanced, refreshing finish.

Brewery draught, 8/16/24. Clear, bright waxy-golden. Well-carbonated with a small, white head. Nose is rich saison esters with primarily yellow fruits leading the way. Lemongrass, vanilla and black pepper crowd in with only mild clove and no banana and bubble gum. I daresay this smells like the real deal.... And indeed, this is actually pretty authentically Belgian! Just a malty, rich, effervescent but well-attenuated and not crude super saison! Tons of stone fruit, star anise, pepper and softer esters. Beautifully malted with a fully dry finish.

4 oz. taster at 19th Annual Lakes Region Brewfest. Bridgton, Maine. Cloudy dark brown, thin ring of beige head. Aroma of rubbery roasted malt. Tasted mild roasted malt—maybe a little nuttiness. Smooth texture average to light carbonation and finish as taste.
