Wapping brewery was established in 2002 in the cellars of the pub on the waterfront in Liverpool using the old Passageway Brewery plant.

Light yellow, clear, dense white head, good lacing
Aroma - light pale malts, soft hay, light citrus
Taste - light pale malts, dab of citrus hops, some lemon, bit more of that hay
Palate - Thinnish body, fairly oily. Finish - soft bitter hops then nice strong bitterness in the linger, clean finish
Overall - Refreshing, plently of flavour for the abv

Black colour with a beige head. Coffee and raosted malt aroma. Dry texture. Mild sweetness and a fine bitterness. medium pluss body. A fine well balanced flavour with coffee and roasted malt dominating the picture. A light fruity note as well. Nice!

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale nuts nutty, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottled. Black colour with a mediumsized brown creamy head. Aroma is roasted malts, some ashes, a bit toffee, nuts and smoked wet wood. Flavour is caramel, toffee, some roast and ashes as well as some mild chocolate and old black coffee. Lovely.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, pale malt, light hoppy, citrus, light to moderate yeasty, UK yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration. Cask at the NWAF, Manchester, 2012. Reddish brown pour with a beige head. Nose of blackcurrant and chocolate. Quite meaty. Spicy flavours with a splash of raisin and chocolate. Dry, spicy finish.

Cask, gravity NWAF, Manchester in company of Dad, Pauline and Baz 20.01.12 Pours dark brown with a creamy film of bubbles. The smokiness is quite light but noticeable. Tangy and fruity with a nod too smokiness in mouth, some roastiness, little coffee. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2
