Draught@TCBW2018. Hazy golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some fruity and floral notes along with some toffee to it. Flavour is sweet malts, lactose, some fruity, floral and quite grapefruity notes. Nice bittery grapefruit in the finish.

Draught@TCBW2018. Murky brown colour with a mediumsized creamy beige head. Aroma is sour fruitiness, wood, some spruce, zest and mild toffee. Flavour is sour wood, some berries, mild zest, dried fruits as well as some herbal notes.

Can from Mr. 10% himself, BarleywineDave. Brewed 6/29/22. 4.5% abv. Goblet @home. Hazy, pale wheat gold. Frothy bleached, lathery head. Soft, more than subtle wet smoke. White grapefruit pith, malic acid, faint yogurt, Sidra funk, salt. Complex but not super obvious. Meaty, thin smoke & sweet n sour apples. This is fun. Juicy dessert & tart apple sweetness, thin skin, hay, salt. Lime juice & lactic acidity that eventually mellow out for the compact meat smoke to finish it off. Smoke & acidity linger on. Almost Mezcal-ish. Starchy, great acid, appetizing, just tart enough. Heavier than anticipated. For me, the lower abv worked. Cheers.

Sampled from the tap at the Phoenix location. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a white head that dissipates quickly to the edges. Aroma has dry sour light fruits with oak, a light funk and some earthiness underlying. Flavor has tart light fruits and sour apple with some funk and oak supporting.

Sampled from the tap at the Phoenix location. Pours a clear deep amber with a light brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light smoke and bread with grains and a bit of roasted malt supporting. Flavor has bread and sweet grains with a growing meaty smoke and a hint of roast underlying.
