Cask@GBBF2011. Deep amber colour, small off-white bubbly head. Aroma is fruits, mild earthy notes as well as some slight bitter wooden notes. Flavour is bittery fruits, wood and some herbal notes along with mild caramel malts.

Cask-conditioned at the Cornubia, Bristol 23/07/2011. Deep amber with a decent, off-white head. Malty, slightly sweet aroma with a hint of grassy hop. Flavour of cereal malts, with a touch of caramel and bitter finish. Ok, if a bit lacking in character.

Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, malt, fruity, apple notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat. [20110617]

Cask. Amber colour with a small creamy off-white head. Aroma is caramel malts, some slight fruity and floral notes along with some freshly cut wood. Flavour is quite much the same in a nice balance. A bit dry on the palate and has a semi-dry finish.
