Keg at the cock tavern. A translucent yellow straw coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is big spicy citrus, nettle, tangy pineapple, soft bread. Flavour is composed of crisp pale grains, wheat, spicy, citrus, nice big green grassy hop,, light veg,. Palate is crisp, highish carbonation, light grains. Good hoppy stuff.

Cask @ Pilcrow, Manchester. Hazy golden with a small head. Crisp with a hoppy influence that's understated, but is nothing detrimental to the ale, which is slightly dry and somewhat fruity.

Keg at the Cock Tavern - Hackney. Pours clear orange-gold with a tight, creamy white head. Pithy citrus in the aroma, some dried pale malts, lemon zest. Light sweet flavour with further pithy grapefruit and lemon, some pale bread, light bitter straw. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean finish, with more pithy citrus character, some subtle piney bitterness, pale bread, very slight minerality. Quite drinkable overall.
