Thanks to Phil_l for this at Pre ZBF 2010. Very dark brown, lasting tan head. Pretty good malts on this. Not a lot of the promised cider brandy, a little maybe. Good malts though.

(Bottle, 660 ml - 4.0 %, from K Supermarket Kamppi) Poured amber and clear with medium sized, fizzy and white head. Aroma contained fruitiness, citricness, grass and mildly toffee. Palate was medium bodied, dry and stinging with quite high carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grass, malts, bisquits and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy, malty and bitter.

Slightly hazy amber color, small beige head. Sticky flowery hoppy, slightly honeyish aroma. Palate starts a bit watery. Flavor has honeyish hoppyness and malty notes. Crisp bitter aftertaste. Decent session beer, but the most "normal" English style brew I’ve had from Moor.

Had this at Pre ZBF March 5th 2010, big thanks to Phil L for bringing this along. Pours dark brown with a light beige head. The aroma is a touch musty but there is very definately some apple and a little coffee, also bit woody and vanilla, its soft in the mouth, and the barrel ageing shows with some spirity flavour’s starting to make their presence felt. Bloody nice stuff. Chocolate, liquorice, vanilla combine with a wonderful appley fruitiness. Slightly oily sheen and body also oily. Wonderful roasty bitterness sits across the roof of the mouth. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.6
