Description
Brewing forward thinking modern beers in keg, cask, can and bottle.
We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Cask at the Shaking Hand, Shirley. Poured a clear dark brown colour with an everlasting frothy off-white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel. The flavour is moderate sweet and liqourice bitter, with a rich, smooth, creamy, chocolate, liqourice, hop bitter palate. Over medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Cask @ The Coracle. Clear golden yellow, small white head. Aroma of grassy citrus hop. Taste presents a standard cask golden ale, mild zest, straw, malt.. nothing to really mark it out from the pack.
