We’ve been brewing beer here in Nottingham since 2014 and have grown in size from a team of 1 to a whopping 5 person operation in that time. We sell our beers all over the UK via on line sales and to trade businesses. Our beer names and can designs are the product of far too much screen time in my youth.

Keg @ Tap and Can. Pitch black pour with a creamy beige head. Prominent caramel nose. Continues to taste, with additional chocolate notes merging nicely with burnt toffee notes on the finish. Good stuff.

Hand-pulled half-pint at the Pheasant Inn & Brewhouse, Wellington on 9th November 2022. Dark brown body, beige crown on top. Chocolate and coffee esters rule the aroma, their flavours also dominate the malty taste, some sweeter caramel notes in there too.

Hazy gold with a frothy white head and a soft sherbet lemon aroma. Soft lemony taste. Yep, it’s soft. Decent session ale that’s just the right side of bland from a fruity taste perspective

Thin beige head on a hazy vivid golden coloured body. Big juicy aroma with lemon & lime. Medium bodied, smooth & clean. Lemon, lime, zesty & pune tastes with bitter hoppy finish. Tasty & refreshing.

Black with a frothy tan head and slightly bitter dark chocolate and roasted malt on the nose. Smooth and creamy with vanilla peeping through the roasted malt and chocolate flavour, and a subtle dry bitterness in the finish, very slightly spiced.

Handpull cask at the Fox & Grapes, Nottingham. Mid- to dark brown, a little bit translucent with a small bubbly khaki head. Chocolate fudge notes in the aroma with a little caramel and a touch of sweet spice. Tastes sweet, oddly herbal and a trifle messy. More bitterness in the finish. Light body, soft carbonation. It's okay but not one of Totally Brewed's best concoctions.
