Tap: Poured a bright slightly hazy golden color ale with a nice medium size pure white head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of typical Belgian saison yeast is very interesting with some light floral hops presence. Taste was well balance between the typical lightly funky yeast with a nice malt bill with some medium sweet notes and a light floral hoppy finish. Full body with great carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Very well done and this definitely makes me want to try some more of their beers.

Tap at Blind Tiger - I was a big fan of this one - very cloudy golden beer - nothing particularly wheaty about the aroma - it’s mostly floral, with some mild fruity sweetness, some soft earthy notes - very light and refreshing, with notes of citrus that play off the moderate hop profile and lightly tart wheat flavor really well - there are some earthy, spicy, and floral qualities that make the beer taste almost like a saison - very tasty - I would love have a pitcher of this on a hot day.

Tap at the brewpub - clear golden with a fiery orange tint to it - spicy hop aroma, with grassy notes and touches of dried herbs - refreshing and crisp, with a light buttery flavor, touches of wildflowers and honey, and a strong european hop bite - a complex and refreshing kolsch.
