A hazy blonde with a thin white head. Aroma of wild herbs, sage and light sulfur notes. In mouth, a light crisp and clean wit, very light bananas, a bit thin. Not bad, not great. On tap at brewpub, August 3 2009.

Tap at Blind Tiger - hazy copper - tastes very belgian inspired - a lot of fruity esters and a nutty sweetness - some honey tempered by an acidic kick - floral, with an indistinct herbal bitterness - a bit of rye and caraway - quite a nice beer.

A blonde kolsch with a thick creamy white head. A plesant catnip aroma, a bit lactic, very interesting. In mouth, a crisp malt with sustained mineral notes and German hopping. Medium bodied. Excellent kolsch. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A reddish brown porter with a thin creamy moka head. A good vanilla fudge aroma, with cave and butterscotch. In mouth, a nice chocolate malt, restrained and blended. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A dark amber ale with a thin off white head. A pleasant vinous aroma with nutty notes, vanilla, plesant. In aroma, a good chunky malt with sustained British hops. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A pale golden lager with a thin creamy white, lacing. A lightly pungeant smokey aroma, diminishing over time. In mouth, a very light yet smokey lager, a bit thin but a good rauchbier for beginners. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.

A golden lager with a thick light moka head. Aroma is lightly vegetal, biscuitty malt, restrained. In mouth, a good grainy malt with good mineral hops, sustained rye read. Medium bodied. On tap at brewpub, Nov. 30 2008, with Sponge and Goldorak.
