Zero Gravity Craft Brewery began in May 2004 in Burlington, Vermont, inside a restaurant we called American Flatbread Burlington Heath. One of the distinguishing elements of our beers at Zero Gravity is adherence to the qualities of the classic beer styles that make those beers great.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark, yet clear and with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted breadish. Caramelish to toffee flavoured. Bitter, roasted and dry malty. Dark malty and roasted finish.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is dark roasted to breadish malty. Roasted malty, breadish and dark malty. Ends dry and roasted. Smooth. Light chlorine note.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours dark brown to black with a small, creamy and tan head. Aroma is roasted malty and solid hoppy fruity. Bitter, roasted malty and distinct hops fruity. Bitter and dry finish. Ends fruity and roasted malty mixed. Nice.

From tap at the brewpub. Pours hazy dark orange with a small white to tan head. Aroma is phenolic and dense caramelish with an alcohol note. Dense malty and caramelish. Bitter and roasted malty. Dry finish.

From tap at American Flatbread. Pours dark brown to deep amber with a small off-white head. Aroma is roasted to breadish malty. Bitter, roasted and breadish malty. Ends dry and roasted. Crisp bitter and malty finish.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 10, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Unclear - hazy medium orange color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, spicy - ginger, spicy herbs - tea. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, ginger - herbs - tea, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100803]

Cask gravity GBBF 2010. First beer of the day and what a beer fail. Hazy brown, some bubbles. Ugh, bit of spice, really not great. Bit of lime flavour.

Cask@GBBF2010. Hazy nutty orange colour with small head. Aroma is fruits, wheat, grass and some very herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar along with some mild yeasty and earthy notes. A quite interesting brew.

Very hazy mid brown beer. Residual suddy head. Light palate - slightly dry. Sweet floral fruit. Oranges, red fruits. Finishes dry - nice Gruit - not overly herby!

A hazed pale yellow beer wth a thin white head. In aroma, pleasant coriander, ginger, and sweet cream. In mouth, a light smooth gingery saison with creamy mouthfeel, light and refreshing. On tap at VT Brewers Fest, July 17 2010.
