On tap at Fate - Scottsdale, pours black with a small light brown head. Aroma is very bold and complex, with intense bourbon barrels, medium-high roast, and dark chocolate. Flavour is exquisitely bold and complex, with mega-intense bourbon, moderate roast, alcohol, and dark chocolate. What a fantastic bourbon barrel character; expert barrel aging here. Bold, complex and yet quite drinkable for the ABV.

Aroma is juicy as hell, with overripe tropical and stone fruits, bright citrus hops, some resins, and just enough sweet malt to back. Flavour is extremely bright and juicy, with lots of juicy stone fruits, tropical fruits, citrus hops, and resins. Sweet but only from the fruitiness. Well-hopped and wonderfully juicy. Excellent.

On tap at Fate - Scottsdale, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out an earthy, piney hop character, hearty oats and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is bright, fruity and very hoppy, with loads of piney hops, gentle dankness, and crisp biscuity malt to back. Nicely bitter, with an assertively hopped finish. Excellent.

Flavour really doesn't express any of the chilis, with a crisp biscuity malt base and nothing much else. There's really not much to this. Boring and weak but clean enough.
