Tap. Pours inky black, small beige head, decent lacing. Aroma is heavy fudge, vanilla, bourbon, toffee, peanuts. Flavor is very sweet, light plus bitter, rich and thick. Full body. Heavy adjuncts, but it kind of works.

32oz crowler pours with a nice deep dark mahogany colored body that supports a thin tan head of foam. The aroma offers up faint rauch malts as well as larger clouds of dark roasted malts and chocolate. The taste delivers a mild yet pleasing degree of rauch malts. This beer can handle more rauch and become more of a smoked porter but the balance really is nice. There's fairly bold notes of dark roasted to slightly burnt malts and chewy milk chocolate. In the background this really puts on it's Baltic Porter pants, this is where most trying to hit this style fail, mild sweet dark fruity esters. Kudos for hitting the esters. I'll get more of this.

.5 Liter draft at Brat Haus in Scottsdale, Arizona. The pour is clear golden with a well formed and lasting one inch white head. Nice looking beer. The aroma is cracker malt, touch of floral and mineral. The taste is crisp malt, cereal and toast cracker, with the floral, then the mineral to the back. The palate is light to medium bodied, crisp carbonation and clean mineral finish. Nice traditional German Pils well done and fresh.
