Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

Bottle. Pours cloudy pale straw with small white head. Distinct estery aroma with grainy notes. Mild, estery flavour, with smoky and grainy notes. Mild, bitter aftertaste. Rather watery. Not bad as such but nothing special.

(Keg at Gastropub Tuulensuu, 20140308) The beer poured brown and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had smoke, tar and smoked ham. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were smoke, smoked ham, caramel, malts, grass and bitterness. Aftertaste was smoky and bitter. A very well done smoked brew.

Tap (4.2016)On tap at Craft Room. Lovely, just lovely clear ruby body with a creamy off white head, lasting. Aroma... lemony hopiness, fresh, huge candy. Taste... the same candyish maltiness with more tropical fruit / mango than citrus. Medium bitterness, lower than expected, but somewhat lasting. Well crafted, easy to like, kinda easy, perhaps, to dislike, but despite the candyish maltiness not cloying. Nice! 7/5/7/3-4/14-15Bottle (2.2014):Courtesy of and shared with Hrabren & Anja, huge thanks! POured a clear copper/bronze colour with a tiny creamy white head. Sweet, sweaty tropical fruit aroma, vague caramel from the malts and some dust. Yup, somewhat sweet for an IPA - as expected, as 15° usually nets you 7% beers, with candyish malty notes. Ashy notes, more tropical fruit from the hops, slightly earthy, dusty, solid bitterness in the finish. Well, this is a very solid IPA. 3.5-3.6. Good job Pinta! 7/3/7/3/15

Bottled@Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere. Pale yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is grains, hops, fruits and quite sweet floral notes. Flavour is fruits, some floral notes, a bit yeast and some strange kind of sweetness. Balanced, and refreshing "rice ipa".

Draught@Gastropub Nordic, Tampere. Amber colour, mediumsized off-white head. Aroma is fruits, some floral notes along with nectar and some slight notes of alcohol as well. Flavour is quite strong on the sweet side of both malts and hops. Apart from the big sweetness this is actually a quite nice brew.

500 ml bottke from Õllepood Nr. 1 in Tartu. Pours pale and clear with a small white and foamy head. Aroma is note very IPA-like, rather feels like a lager. It is supposed to be a rice IPA and true - you can feel some "koshihikari" rice aromas flying around, creating a somewhat thick blanket of malt/rice bread aromas. From underneath that blanket, you can feel some hop aromas coming as well. Taste feels already more like an IPA, there is plenty of bitterness. Some barnyard and herbal hop flavours also there. Additionally a bit of fruitiness shining through the bitter base and aftertaste is long and full of grapefruit seed bitterness. I’d love to experience hop characters more but this time it is quite unbalanced - the beer is quite bitter but there is no malt base to balance it, also aromas are overwhelmed with that rice blanket. Bitterness is honest but comes out a bit numb. Overall, this one still feels like a hopped up rice lager rather than an IPA.

Tap at Gastropub Tuulensuu. Dark brown color. Small beige head. Sweet lactose aroma. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Sweet milky, lactose flavor. Weak licorice notes. Sweet stout it is, but not anything I would drink another time.
