Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

0,5L bottle. Pours dark amber with nice white head. The head stays. Aroma: at first is dominated by pine, but then grass takes over. Taste: caramel sweetness, malt, piney bitterness. Finish is long bitter. Overall: rather simple beer, but goes down really well.

Dobra czworka odemnie czyli dobre piwo, ze spora dawka slodu. Chlebowy i zytni zapach, drozdzowy i maslany, nieco przypominal ten z konca swiata (Sahti Pinty). Metne i niesamowicie brudne piwo, piana wysoka i trwala. W smaku troche delikatne i niezbyt ciezkie. Ciekawe zytnie posmaki. Plus za udane piwo w trudnym gatunku i trudnym zbozu do okielznania.

Clear deep ruby color, good creamy beige head. Smokey, a bit tarry and grassy aroma. Medium-bodied. Tarry, "tar candy" flavor. Sweetish finish, covers alcohol quite well. One-dimensional.

Bottle 500ml (Tuulensuu)
Clear copper color, medium-sized white head. Piney, a bit resiny aroma. Medium-bodied. Grapefruity-piney hoppyness, ok malt profile, nice lingering bitterness. Good drinkability. Nice suprise from Poland.

Bottle. Pours cloudy very dark brown with creamy, stable light tan head. Clear aroma of rye, malt, and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with pronounced grainy notes and touches of malt and yeast. Lingering, bitter finish. Well-balanced, tasty, and decent. My first beer in 2014 :-). Cheers!

Draught @ Ministerstwo Browaru Pub in Poznań. Pours murky orange amber with small white head. Clear, vinous aroma with notes of veggies and malt. Sour and bitter flavour of a good pumpkin ale: both pumpkin AND hops. Malty notes, rather unobtrusive. Rough aftertaste. A very nice pumpkin ale.

Draught @ Ministerstwo Browaru Pub in Poznań. Pours murky amber with small off-white head. Clear, vinous aroma with notes of grain and banana. Sweetish flavour of banana and yeast, with bitter, hoppy notes. Mildly sour and estery aftertaste. Nice. More challenging and agreeable than most of beers of this type.

Dobre piwo z niewielka piana i z mnostwem aromatu i zarowno smaku pieczonej dyni, musu jablkowego, brzoskwiniowego przecieru. Troche gozdzikow dalo sie wyczuc. Pod koniec wytrawny i goryczkowy finisz. A po kilkunastu minutach daje swoja ognistosc imbir. Kolor jakby amber ale ale to wkoncu Pumpkin Ale. Wiec tu dynia dominuje i dobrze bo to takie piwo wlasnie powinno byc. Szkoda ze piana byla niewielka.
