Our great journey started on 28th of March 2011, when we brewed our first batch of „Atak Chmielu” („Attack of the Hops”) – first commercial American IPA in Poland.
Since that day we are still brewing new ales, lagers, sahti and sour beers. Alone or in collaboration with our friends from Polish and foreign breweries.
Whilst last five years we’ve produced beers in more than 60 styles, like: Imperial IPA, Sahti, Sticke Alt, Irish Red Ale, Imperial Witbier, Extra Special Bitter (ESB), Rauchbock, Grodziskie, American IPA, Weizenbock, Oatmeal Stout, Schwarzbier, Scottish Ale, Vienna Lager, Rauchbier, Pumpkin Ale, Rice IPA, Biere de Garde, Imperial Baltic Porter, New Zealand Lager and many, many more!
In 2015 we’ve launched brand new series of sour beers. It all started with rye sour ale called Kwas Alfa, brewed with Tobias Emil Jensen from Danish To Øl brewery.
We were also the first Polish brewery which crossed the border and brewed international collaborative beer outside Poland. That’s how we’ve produced Lublin to Dublin – stout brewed in Dublin, Ireland by Pinta and O’Hara’s breweries in 2014. In 2015 we’ve made collaboration with French Brasserie du Pays Flamand and Danish To Øl mentioned before. Autumn of 2015 bring another innovation in Polish craft. We are the first Polish brewery which brewed a beer in the different continent – with Japanese Baird Brewing Co.
You can be sure that we use all our experience and knowledge to give you the best beers we can afford! We still improve our skills and we are not afraid to make experiments. We love travels – even those furthest. We always bring a lot of the best inspirations from other countries and we are trying to share them with you, creating the best beers we can.

Bottle. Pours hazy amber with small off-white head. Bitter and vinous aroma with a good deal of yeast and citrus. Sweetish, malty aroma with dusty and hoppy notes, and clear estery overtones. Citric and bitter finish. A nice BdG from outside France

Draught. Dark amber colour, small head, fair lacing, does not stay long. Aroma is malty, a bit roasted, caramel, not much hops. Light bitterness. Light body. Easy to drink, very good. October 2013: 5/3/5/4/14 Bottle. Aroma of dark malt, dark chocolate, a bit of herby hops. Dark brown colour, minimal head with decent lacing. A bit caramel flavour, but the beer is rather dry. Lightly bitter, salty. Light body, oily texture, average carbonation. Good beer, easy to drink.

Aroma is strongly fruity and yeasty: peach and banana. Full body, medium sweetness, finish brings some bitterness from juniper and alcohol. Alcohol is noticeable, but rather pleasant. Orange colour, cloudy, visible particles, minimal head. Soft carbonation. Interesting beer, maybe not for frequent drinking, but worth trying. Bottle.

Liège - Esbjerg - Europa League elite tasting September 2013. Slightly hazy golden with a small white head. Clean, weak malty aroma with a fruity touch. Malty, fruity and citrus flavour that doesn’t quite match the intense hop bitterness

Liège - Esbjerg - Europa League elite tasting September 2013. Hazy golden with a small white head. Strong, perfumed coriander aroma with hints of orange peel and bread. The flavour is also ruined by overwhelming coriander perfume, but otherwise well brewed

Liège - Esbjerg - Europa League elite tasting September 2013. Slightly hazy amber with a small white head. Caramel dominated aroma with some brown sugar notes and a hint of hay. Quite one dimensional sweet caramel flavour with a burnt note, and a quite bitter finish
