Cask @ Gallows Bird, Real Ale festival 2016. Pours clear amber in color with a thin lasting white head. Quite strongly hopped, bit harsh in the finish. Citrusy, dried fruits, sprints in both aroma and flavor . Some biscuity notes as well in flavor. Typical bitter, decent enough.

Cask-conditioned at the Hare, Bristol 28/9/2015. Twisted Oak brewed it in collaboration with the Hare’s staff as part of Bristol Beer Week 2015. Clear amber with a small, yet tight, off-white head. Aroma of tangerines and pineapple, with a hint of caramel and some grassy hops. Easy drinking, with plenty more fruit, some balancing, biscuity, malts and a length, bitter, finish. Very good.
