On tap at Zmajska Pivovara, Zagreb Friday 29th August 2025 after a 6-7 hour drive from home. Pours light gold, slim white head, light bitterness, easy drinking, absolutely fine but if it's aiming for German style Pils it could be a bit dryer and more crisp.

Bottle picked up from the Brewery/Gaststätte Thursday 21st August 2025, sat drinking it at home Thursday 28th August 2025, listening to Tom Robinson covering for Huw Stephens for Round Table on 6Music and now it's New Music Fix with Nathan and Deb, cooking Pastitsio. Hazy mid brown with a mid sized white/off white head. Good mouthfeel, soft but nice carbonation. Nice maltiness there's a little cola type thing, some sweetness, caramel, it's nice, possibly the best yet if this breweries beers.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Wednesday 27th August 2025 sat at the top of the garden on the swinging seat. We have Courgette Soup for tea tonight. Pours gold pretty much clear as far as I can tell, mid sized fast disappearing white head. Soft mouthfeel, a little warm grass on the nose (but I've just spent three hours cutting grass so perhaps it's the cut grass) sweet maltiness a little breadiness. Fairly straightforward Hell but a touch on the sweet side, not bad.

Bottle picked up from Apfel Getranke, Moosburg and consumed at home Tuesday 26th August 2025, after a little bit of gardening arrangement today (bought 50 metres of hose and buries t underground and connected it via the pump at the well to the vegetable garden). Listening to ByteFM in the dining room after Spaghetti Bolognese for tea tonight. Pours hazy yellow gold with a mid sized foamy white head. Nice mouthfeel, good carbonation though this settles swiftly, a little banoffee, warming there's a little spiciness, sweetness levels fine, there's a little bit of bitterness in the background. This is a nice supper, not amazing but I enjoyed it.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt at Gunzing and consumed at home Tuesday 26th August 2025, after a little bit of gardening arrangement today (burying 50metres of hose and connected the pump at the well to the vegetable garden). Listening to ByteFM )Thea Gilmore singing 'Dancing in the Dark' and after that 'Sweet Child ol' Mine'. We have Spaghetti Bolognese for tea tonight. Pours clear gold with a mid/large foamy white head. Soft in the mouthfeel, clean tasting and you feel that some of the banana and toffee have been stripped away as a result of it being a Kristalweizen definitely something gets lost, that said it's a pleasant beer.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt in Günzburg and consumed at home Monday 25th August 2025 listening to ByteFM and cooking Courgette Fritters, Courgette and N'djua Lasagna and also Courgette Soup (yes we still have a glut of Courgettes). Pours gold, excellent clarity, mid sized white head. Soft mouthfeel, sweet maltiness but there is a little background hoppy bite, gentle but it's there regardless. Straightforward Hell, easy drinker.

Bottle picked up from a Getrankemarkt at Gunzing and consumed at home on the swinging seat at the top of the garden, Tuesday 26th August 2025, after a little bit of gardening arrangement. We have Spaghetti Bolognese for tea tonight. Pours hazy warm gold with a large'ish' foamy white head. Soft mouthfeel, banana straight away but also some toffee. Nice wheatiness, this is another what I would suggest is a classic example. Well balanced, nice sweetness, touch dry, good.

Bottle picked up from the Zlata Krava bar in Plzeń and consumed at home Monday 25th August 2025 listening to ByteFM and cooking Courgette Fritters, Courgette and N'djua Lasagna and also Courgette Soup (yes we still have a glut of Courgettes). Pours hazy yellow with a large frothy white head, appearance wise it's certainly looks the business. Aroma is very spritzy, yeah there's a little bit of banana but also a little hint of sourness, very, very slight but noted. Soft mouthfeel, banana again coming through, nice fizz, okay not perfect and there's a very tiny sourness here, it's absolutely not enough to stop me enjoying it, because it's fine, but still for me it's a work in progress. A touch of clove, that slowly builds. Loz said better than expected after a little sniff.

Bottle picked up from Äpfel Getränke Moosburg and consumed at home Sunday 24th August 2025 after a nice weekend at Ulm Obstwiesenfestival, we've got Courgette Lasagna tonight for tea. This pours dark, mahogany brown with a slim off white light cappuccino coloured head. This is a bit of a one trick pony, all malt, toffee and caramel. Nice mouthfeel, smooth and with a slight thickness. It drinks very easy considering the 8+% abv, doesn't feel boozy at all. Despite it being quite straightforward it's a decent beer.
