Bottle: Poured a yellow color ale with a medium size white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of wheat malt with light dry herbal notes. Taste is also a mix of wheat malt with dry floral notes and light grainy notes. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Average witbier and floral notes provides weird spice notes.

Bottle: Poured a golden color ale with a large white foamy head with OK retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy hops notes with some tropical notes undertones is enjoyable. Taste is also a mix of tropical hoppy undertone with some juicy notes and a fruity finish. Body is average for style with good carbonation. Solid American IPA with nice tropical features.

Bottle: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a small dark brown foamy head with some retention and some lacing notes. Aroma of chocolate notes with some rye whiskey notes with vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate notes with some rye whiskey notes and vanilla notes with some minor residual sugar notes. Body is pretty full with an oily texture and good carbonation with some light discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable BA stout.

Bottle: Poured a dark amber color ale with a small off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt notes with some deep hoppy notes with some barrel notes clearly noticeable. Tate is also a mix of caramelized malt with some deep pungent hops notes with some nice Utopia barrel notes reminiscent of bourbon and cognac. Body is about average with good carbonation. Interesting mix of flavors and works better than expected.

Aroma of deep caramelized malt notes with some grainy notes with some boozy bourbon notes. Taste is a somewhat unbalanced mix of caramelized malt notes with some residual sugar notes, some grainy notes and boozy bourbon notes. Body is too thin for style with good carbonation. Lacking some body and balance.

Taste is a somewhat unbalanced mix of pear, calvados barrel notes with some sweet malty notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Lacking attenuation and balance with too many different flavors going in all directions.
