Bottle: Poured a dark amber color bock with a medium size foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of dry caramelized malt notes with clean cereal notes. Taste is also a mix of caramelized malt notes with some light residual sugar notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Nothing overly special but an enjoyable bock.

Bottle: Poured a deep golden color ale with large off-white foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of grainy malt notes with some fusel alcohol and candi sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of grainy malt notes with some fusel alcohol notes and residual candi sugar notes. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Lack of balance and attenuation makes for a sub-standard tripel.

Can: Poured a yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of resinous hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones and bitter notes. Taste is also a good mix of resinous notes and floral hops notes with dry bitter notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but a bit too dry for good drinkability.

Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with some spicy notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is full for style with a creamy feel with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice juicy hops notes and good drinkability.

Aroma of chocolate malt with some caramelized malt with some deep bourbon notes, oak and vanilla. Taste is also a mix of chocolate and caramelized malt notes with some residual sugar notes and oak and vanilla notes. Body is full with oily texture and good carbonation with some warming alcohol notes. Solid strong ale with plenty of complexities.

Enjoyable smoothie sour but less vanilla may have been better.

Aroma of cereal notes with some light dry hoppy notes and faint residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of clean cereal notes with some faint floral dry hoppy notes and a semi-sweet finish. Body is about average for style with good carbonation. Good pilsner with tad more residual sugar than I like.
