one51 Profile - Brewver

Hazy amber, moderate head. Peach-apricot-citrus nose. Nice pine notes in the background, lots of stone fruit juicy backbone, lightly caramel-grainy, really tasty.

Sample from Steffi. A little hoppy, pretty drinkable and earthy hop flavor, but a bit strange. Might be something slightly off.

From draft at the brewpub. Light grain nose, on deep red beer with tall creamy head. Big bitterness, nice grain and light caramel notes, no gross RedX astringency. Lightly citrus fruity, not a hop flavor bomb, but nicely integrated. Very tasty red IPA!

On tap at the brewpub during Oktoberfest. Clear amber, plain helles flavor, nothing too noteworthy. Slightly dry, light grain flavor, no failures, traditional hop flavors. Quite crushable.

On tap at the brewpub. Hazy amber, nice head. Slightly herbal nose, it's a bit unusual. Dry for a West Coast IPA, citrus but little caramel. Hint of sourness, something slightly off but hard to say what. Still quite tasty and a respectably smooth big, lemony bitterness.
