Sweetish, fairly smoky aroma of smoked ham, some ash and a touch of grains. Slightly sweet, gently bitter, fairly smoky and a bit fruity-floral taste of smoked ham, grains, some ash and traces of lemon peel, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice Rauchbier, very well-balanced.

0.5 l bottle from local 'Trink & Spare', best before January 2026. Clear, dark reddish brown with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, a bit roasty aroma of caramel, cocoa and toasted nuts. Gently sweet, malty, a bit roasty, moderately bitter taste of caramel, cocoa, toasted nuts and a touch of wet leaves, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little roasty finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Okay.

Sweetish-malty, a bit fruity aroma of caramel, wet leaves, nuts and light raisins. Moderately sweet, gently bitter, malty and a little fruity taste of caramel, nuts, wet leaves and a touch of raisins, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Alt, nicely bitter and dry.

Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, slightly musty and a little grassy taste of grains, straw, some cardboard and a touch of lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter, a little metallic finish. Almost medium-bodied, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Drinkable but far from great.

Sweetish, rather fruity-floral, gently resiny and slightly smoky aroma of orange jam, mango, some pine and a touch of smoked ham. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, rather fruity-floral, gently resiny and slightly smoky taste of orange jam, mango, pine, some grapefruit and a touch of smoked ham, followed by a medium long, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty old school Pale Ale with a subtle touch of smoke, very well-brewed. Definitely one of the best from Weyermann I've tried recently.

Sweetish, gently fruity-floral, minimally grassy aroma of grains, lemon peel and hints of fresh grass. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, gently fruity-floral and slightly grassy taste of grains, some lemon peel, light fresh grass and hints of honey, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Thin to medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Very decent Pils, quite crisp and refreshing.

Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly smoky and a bit fruity taste of banana, clove, honey, smoked ham, light vanilla and hints of citrus, followed by a short, gently bitter, a little dry finish. Medium body, gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty Weizen with a subtle smokiness and restrained hop flavours.
