The next beer might even be better. B.C."H." = British Cask "Head" - to be perceived as some disparate lonely looking bubbles, uncertain of their CO² content, and because of their scarcity, of undefinable colour. UFO's: Unspeakable Floating Obscenities MF: NO, that isn't it. That's mouthfeel, in civilized countries. I hereby solemny propose a law to be instated by all beergeeks, -amateurs, -lovers, -tasters, - enthusiasts that forthwith the use of the infernal spice, known as coriander, is forbidden for at least the five first years of brewing, and later only to be tolerated by explicit consent of minimum five different accredited beerorganisations. Infringements ought to be sanctioned by denouncement to the international beerpress and public drainpour of the offending brew.

Draught Lacey, medium head over light copper beer. Sourdough bread, very bready character, different malts & wheat. This is pure liquid bread. Bit toasted malts, but mainly fermented different grains. Medium bodied at best, bit slick; soft if present carbonation. Original, despite its common profile.

Medium, fluffy off-white head, lacey, over fully hazy orange beer. Bit sourish, wheat, lactic, if also just a tad acetic, as in gurkins. Faint clove. Very little acidity in the mouth, however, even pretty sweet. Grains, orange. More clove here, banana, wheat. Maybe medium bodied, medium carbonation. Very übliches , but there's nothing wrong.

2024 Jahrgang Almost no head, metallic copperish-golden, clear beer; not very lively. Very little nose, suggesting sweetness. However, very dry maltflavour until the (modest) aftertaste which sports a metallic bitterness. Retronasal serious hints of canned bamboo, putting it nicely. Light, undercarbonated. Rubbish.

Draught Frothy, whipped eggwhite-like head, stable & lacy over veiled orangey beer. Fresh malts, yeast, garden herbs & weeds. Laced with some dull-sweet, weyish aroma. Not really sweet, just lots of pale malts. Hints of wheat retronasal. Surrounding nice bitterish hops. Better bodied than most lagers, grist & yeast filled. Average.

Draught Fine snowwhite head over well-carbonated clear golden beer. Peppery, spicy malts, garden herbs. Sweet malts, restsugar galore. Pils? Light body, if quite gristslick. Soft carbonation. Average.

Sampled as Sortenspiel Bio Urgetreide Cuvee Small whitish head over clear old-golden beer. Sweet nose, caramel, something as fruitsyrup. Toffee, maybe a touch of diacetyl. There's indeed a bit diacetyl, the drinking proves. Caramel again, faintly metallic. Diacetyl beefs up the thin body. Soft carbonation. Disappointing.

Sampled as Ginder Gin-Style India Pale ale , no mentioning as Hausbier Draught . Small white head over well-carbonated ochre-golden beer. Soapy, Badedas, Juniper bush. Gin, indeed, juniper, Wacholder, orangepeel. Medium bodied and very well-carbonated. Not bad.

Good, thick cream-coloured head; beautiful bright chestnut beer. Bit nutty, woody, hazelnuts, dark malts, melanoidins. Even a fine, short smoked touch, bit as roasted chestnut. Dark malts, but the little bitterness seems to come more from the roast than from hops. Medium bodied, bit still, carbonation turning out to be fast gone. Nice, even if far away from Dunkel topbeers.

Draught Good off-white hed over well-carbonated, hazy orange-ochre beer. Fusels, clove, citrus, pineapple. Lots of clove in the taste. Bit of orange(peel), wheat, yeastfeatures. Wheatslick, good carbonation, yeastfilling. Very classical, even rather dull Weizen.
